My name is Devin Holmes. I am a freelance designer + illustrator + hand letterer + copy writer living here in Cleveland, Oh.

My philosophy on design is simple; literally. I believe there is beauty in simplicity and strive for pure, simple, clean, and creative designs. I recognize that a fundamental understanding of typography is the basis of all great design. Next to type, a creative idea is key to great design. I constantly jot down ideas for designs, even if I have no idea when I might use them. These ideas often come in handy at a later date. I enjoy illustrating as well and find that, in my designs, illustration is preferable to photography because it offers a surreal view of the subject matter, rather than one that is everyday.

I can design and print anything you like. From stickers and banners to record covers, t-shirts, and product packaging. I also have a knack for creative branding. I can turn your old, drab image into something magical.
